I really agree with you about the not enjoying your lifestyle part. One thing that keeps me going is how badly I feel when I stop my healthy habits. A week without a good workout... my mood drops. For me COVID made me realize how my unhealthy habits put me at risk. I was pre-diabetic, smaller clothing sizes has been a vert nice "side effect" but really my weight loss has taught me to believe I'm worthy of care.

Meditation and stress coping strategies are very important, but I cant express how important therapy (specifically cognitive behavioral therapy for anxiety) and appropriate medication have been in my own experience with anxiety.

Still slightly over today, but we ran out of food at the house so its a real win I didn't go over more. Work is very stressful right now, need to figure out time for exercise and I'll officially have "reset" my habits again.

I did what I set out to do today. Stayed under my calories, and took some walks with my pup. My back is *finally* feeling better, which is a huge relief. Looking forward to getting back on my bike.
