  • I recall that a couple of years ago, I went whacky and ran every day from the end of December to the beginning of April. You do get used to it, and I still feel tight if I end up not running 2 days in a row.

  • @spl8 Have you looked into chiropractic for your mid-back? My wife and I do weekly sessions and it has helped my back pain tremendously. As for form, I have no clue. I try to run how my body lets me instead of being too concerned about form.
