I don’t track on MFP, I use a different app. I’m not very active on my feed either, but I usually will add most people who make a request, and only do a cull if I feel it’s necessary. I mostly use MFP for the forum. Maybe I will start posting on my feed again?

The interviewer was really pushing the fat acceptance angle to a fitness professional and people are surprised by what she said? Really? To be fair, she did try to focus on Lizzo’s music and say positive things about that. I don’t know what people honestly expected her to say while keeping her professional integrity intact?

I can’t relate to this at all. Why not just say what you mean, eg, ‘can I please have this food?’ Parent: ‘yes you can,’ or’no you can’t.’ This seems excessively complicated.

I do yoga and always close with corpse pose, during which I meditate. Unless I’m doing chair yoga on Amazon prime, then I’ll close with either a sitting meditation or corpse pose on the bed. I also meditate separately from my yoga.

I definitely think eating your nutrients is preferable to taking them in supplement form. That said, I have a chronic disease, and need iron infusions, a calcium/vitamin d supplement and a b complex. I choose to also take a biotin supplement because it’s helping to correct my hair loss.
