  • I definitely think eating your nutrients is preferable to taking them in supplement form.

    That said, I have a chronic disease, and need iron infusions, a calcium/vitamin d supplement and a b complex. I choose to also take a biotin supplement because it’s helping to correct my hair loss.

    I have both a Vitamin D deficiency and an Iron deficiency without vitamins. I'm trying to correct it, but it's not working yet.
