I had 1/2 of the Longhorns strawberry chicken and pecan salad yesterday... The whole thing was like 600 calories .. The one I made me today only 273... Just as good... And a huge calorie difference 😮
we all like to eat out and splurge once In a while.. But for the most part your safer in your own kitchen.😁g7c78mm8tyu9.jpeg

I have a couple books called "Cook This, not That", "Eat This, Not That", "Grill This, Not That", etc. that do exactly that. They take popular calorie bombs from restaurants and show you how to make it at home. Not only is it less calories, it usually tastes better and costs a lot less.

I'm picky about what I put in my salads, so I love my homemade ones. That way, I can bulk up on the vegetables I love (like cucumbers) that don't add much in the calorie department, but still enjoy the crunchies and yummies like sesame sticks, just in a smaller portion.
