Thanx everyone for the help. I went out for my workout and actually did 1 hour (jogging, walking). I am happy that I got it done. Sometimes it gets a little difficult to get motivated, but with the help of you guys--I always make it!!!

You might need to eat smaller portions meals six times per day. Don't change the amount of calories. Make sure not to drink your calories if you can. Breakfast--instant oatmeal & black coffee lunch-- tuna & crackers dinner--chicken breast & corn snacks--oranges, apples, watermelon When I know I am going out for drinks, or dinner I try to consume less calories during the day and maybe add a workout.

Thank you all!! I am happy to report that I was able to walk away. The moment I wrote it on MFP I felt better; I knew I wasn't doing this by myself. I feel so proud of myself and my MFP family for having my back.
