i know how you feel i was in a relationship for over 2 1/2 years and when it ended I was extremely rusty in the talking to men department. i have found that just being yourself and acting calm and casual works pretty well. it was a little nerve racking at first but it subsides after a while... i too was on WW recently and I do like this just as much if not better. I tend to track more because its easier to follow and sometimes although WW had alot to offer i found it to be overwhelming at times. and plus its free!! I am on my final 8-10 pound stretch myself so good luck!!

they sell ZICO at my job and i have to say i have mixed feelings about it. Some flavors i like some i dont and i cannot drink the plain flavor. I feel like it is a bit thicker than regular water so if that doesnt bother you I would give it a try. Some people i know really love it.

I try to work out everyday but being a grad student and working a ton, there is not much time. On the days that I dont have time or i know i'm not going to i make sure some kind of movement was done. yes yes yes!! i am in the same boat... I have one year left till i get my masters in curriculum and instruction and all this sitting around has definitely taken a tole on my weight. but gotta find time to work out and make sure we eat healthy and when we get that degree it will be so rewarding
