    French fries and ranch! Omg. Especially if they are kinda crispy fries.... And they are loaded with cheese and bacon. :)
  • Bread, potatoes & Pringles!
  • cheese crackers and kettle chips! when i do indulge, I have to buy the small bags. if i had a FULL big bag of either of those, I'd lose it!!!

    Ruffles Sour Cream & Cheddar potato chips. I could eat a whole bag in one sitting. If I ever buy them now it is the little 25-cent bags!
  • Sour patch kids (or fruits or watermelon slices). I bought a large, 11 serving bag thinking that it was cheaper than buying the medium sized bag. I would just divide it into individual servings and put those in plastic baggies and have 11 days worth of candy goodness as treats...yea, right. Whole bag was gone in two days. I just can't stop eating those little things. And what drives me more crazy is that I keep testing myself! Maybe one day I'll be able to say that I'm satisfied after one serving.

    Omgggggg...I love lance vanilla cream cookies, they are my favorite, my weakness WAS frenchfries but since starting Myfitnesspal I only have them maybe 2x a week and I have a small portion. I stopped cooking them at home because I would eat the whole bag not even caring about portion size.

    popcorn, fries, fried chicken....I stay away from fries and fried chicken...and I do the 100 calorie bags of popcorn. I can't stop eating popcorn lol

    Biscuits... the kind on a can ugh.... I can eat a whole can of them! Pizza is a tough one for me too.

    Oh my goodness. I could eat oreos and milk all day. If I don't pay attention, I'll have the entire package gone in 20 min. Haha.

    ^^^^^ This and french fries. And before you ask, yes I would eat them either separate or together. Just don't get in my way of the candy corn.
  • Fresh bread, cookies, brownies, donuts, etc. (anything baked and sweet). Once I start, I can't stop.

    Pastries and chocolate. Especially chocolate. Also pretzels and beef jerky. I can't buy either without making sure it's a tiny bag or I won't stop till they're gone.

    wings are also pretty FREAKING amazing.


    I love beer and wings too and of course with my wings, i want ranch dressing.

    Macaroni and cheese

    Okay first off not a good idea to be reading everyone's trigger foods because now I want to raid the snack/candy isle in the grocery store! :laugh: Second mine is chips and then if I add dip it is even worse! I have always loved chips even as a little little girl when I was not heavy but I can tell you that it definately helped get me to the weight I am now. I cannot buy them or they will be gone in a flash!

    oh, I forgot. My biggest is cheese. I can live on cheese and crackers. I have to make myself eat small portions.
