What are your trigger foods? Not just high calorie foods in general, but foods that you can just keep eating and can't stop. For me, it is Kraft Mac & cheese and pop-tarts.

Lance Vanilla Creme cookies. I have NEVER eaten just one package and if they come in a 6 pack, I'm eating ALL of them!

same...if I keep junk in the house, I eat it. same with booze etc...I'll find a reason to consume. "bad day" "stressed out" "closed a business deal"... it's endless.

    Pie

    Or potatoes.

    OR POTATO PIE!

I can stop myself after eating a reasonable amount. I just can't NOT eat it if I see it. Needs to be sampled at least.

Cereal (namely chocolate cheerios), pizza, cake. Nuff said. LOL (oh, once I start eating and eat those, they set a bad precedent for me for the whole day :/ Hard to get it back on track!)

Yup, I've eaten a Costso sized Lays at one sitting. Probably north of 4,000 calories?

SWEEEEEETS. I love to bake and when I do I have to immediately take the finished product to work. I wouldn't doubt I could eat a whole pan of brownies in one sitting. Or a whole batch of cookies. Or a cake... see the pattern? LOL
