Thursday- my families comments affect me the most. the positive and the negative. i was wondering about the difference between this and weight watchers. they give you the option there as to whether or not you eat your exercise "points" they say that you dont need to but that you can. well yeah people are treated differently when they are overweight. i myself find it very concerning to walk in to a nutritionist office and see the nutritioinist and their workers all larger. Something they are doing isnt right and i sure dont want to do it if thats what im going to look like.

ive been a runner for the last 6 years or so and have done a couple of half marathons. I love the feeling of running or even just walking. Its just nice to be outside and alone sometime. gives you some you time and time to think.

my mom and grandma both got it done. they didnt need to gain weight to do it they were big enough on there own. but they both are doing very well my mom is about 6 years out and my grandma about 2 and they have both lost and kept alot of weight off with no complications.

I dont have any tricks. lol. Some days i just need to sit on the couch and eat whats unhealthy for me. It helps me focus the rest of the week because i want to burn the extra calories that i took in so that motivates me to exercise the rest of the week.

my goal weight is 124. i love the way it sounds and cant remember ever being that weight. Its also around the low to middle range of my healthy weight range.

look at the sodium in that meal you had. and is it close to tom? that could be a factor as well.

The way i look at exercise and food has changed alot. I still have a ways to go but now i look for fun activities to use as exercise. I go swimming and i actually swim now to burn those calories.
