I think the reason people might be so curious is two fold. First, you made your topic title "URGENT PLEASE" and second, they are honestly concerned and want to help. I've learned here that if I ask a question I need to be ready for all the responses even if I don't like them. It why there are forums and so many people with…

As far as whether it's worth it you have to consider what is your goal. I'm in Florida and have done the 5K event at Marathon weekend for the last 3 years. It's $50 generally and this year went up to $55. My employers insurance company is sponsor of event and gives us a certain number of spots so the last 2 years I've been…

I do occasionally binge and it sucks! You have the right idea...you came here for help! Keep reading the responses and look at what you believe will help you. DO NOT let it be the end of what you are accomplishing. You can do this and with all the support you can get here you definitely don't need to do it alone. We are…

I didn't read all the responses but would offer this information albeit secondhand. My daughter had GB and has kept most of the weight of for over 2 years now. We had great differences of opinion about it and at one point we had a conversation and the "easy way out" analogy was brought up and she let me know it was…

Like so many others Knitting or Crocheting would be my suggestions. I love to crochet and like to make the little amigurami animals. Nice little projects to do. Cross stitch also very portable. Good luck with your treatment.

I had this condition but got over it. Unfortunately now I have m&mitis.....M&M consumption required daily! Now what?

This is probably going to sound weird but I keep low sodium tuna packets in my office and a bag of Wasabi peas. I feel like I'm choking the tuna down but when I add some of the Wasabi peas it adds some crunch and the heat makes me drink more water. I actually like it this way now and am happy to get the low cal protein!

Thank you for this post! It has inspired me. The one thing that really stuck with me was that you said it doesn't get easier you just get better. That is so true. Congrats on finding the one! Keep up the great work!

I agree with many others on here. I'm only 5'4" and my GW is 180. That is what I weighed when I was 18 and thought at the time I was huge. Now 100 years later 180 seems fantastic. I also feel that having been overweight for so long and having lost so many times I'm thinking I'm not going to have great tone. I will continue…

You look amazing! Congrats on job well done. It is encouraging to see you still eat "normal" because that is what I'm trying for myself. If I don't do it that way, it seems more like a "diet". Again,,,,,,GREAT JOB!!!!
