Oh my no one has posted for Saturday yet. Today was fun and fattening, my son's 13th birthday (actually yesterday), he has two friends over for a sleep over so I am not expecting a whole lot of sleep tonight. I plan to be a good girl for the rest of the week.

My Friday fitness was all about running around town to get my new teenager's birthday party stuff. My feet hurt. It was well worth it though. I may not have to worry about getting exercise now that I have two teenagers in the house. Although I don't imagine a 12 year old is all that more tame than a 13 year old.

Well, my company is gone and my travels are through and I am feeling pretty good, because the first week I maintained (no weight gain) and today I was down 2 pounds. @Melwillbehealthy~ I slowly lost weight (over 100#) and I had some under my arms, but not bad. I agree is looks better than all the excess weight which is why I am trying to loose again. Probably wont have time to log in for a few days. Out of town company and travel.

I went to Burgerville with my son at dinner time and didn't eat, that was a minor miracle. I came home and ate my diet dinner, that was probably 1/10 the calories which is it's own reward.

Today was a painful day, went to the chiropractor and then had a personal chore to do that was emotionally draining. When the boys went off to scouts I passed out on the bed. Well at least I am getting back in the habit of signing in if nothing else.

I made dinner for the extended family Sunday and had left overs tonight. mostly just ate one meal both days...to busy to log but hope to get back into it asap.

I have to face the facts that I can be as active as I want, so the weight loss will be slower than I want. But I guess that is also a part of life.

Now that I am wrapped like a mummy from the waist to the neck I am able to avoid most of the pain. Life is looking up, maybe now I can start thinking about something besides avoiding pain. Thank you for your sympathy.
