When im dome with my work out, but waiting for gym partner to finish, I chill in the message chair!

Im not single- but in the past, if I didn't approach, I at least winked to let them know I was interested....and if they were interested, then that would give them to approach me if they were interested...and if they didn't approach...too bad for them! lol

This week was bad, I was sick, so no miles were logged, and I ate way tooo much, but I was able to maintain what Ive lost...so thats good!

Find an activity that the both of you can enjoy together! Me and my hubby get out and play baseball and volleyball together! Most of the time were on opposite teams to spice it up! lol...were highly competitive! :bigsmile:

I have found that drinking or eating foods with high protein helps shrink the skin! Find a Protein shake you like! and go for it!

Im 5'6 and I weighed 175 ish at the size of 12 Although depending on who makes the clothes...some size 12's fit now.....

Instead of cutting your calories....find a cardio routine and do that 30 mins to hour a day...thats what i did after each of my children!

I am in agreement with you...Its the childs fault, its the parents fault, and they should be the one to ensure their children are eating a healthy and active life style... In saying this, I have 2 step kids that the mom over feeds and doesnt encourage them to go out and play...We have my step-son full time, and I monitor…

As far as eating healthy, stay away from eating lots of junk food, and fast foods, and so long as your burning 400 cal per 1200 input you should start to tone up! friend me if you like, Im losing weight as well as toning!

WHen I first start working out I feel the same, I just start out slow, and work up my endurance......My advise to you, is start out at a slower pace, and work your self up to faster and longer. Your lungs are problly not used to that much running...you can always ask your doctor....
