i workout 6 days a week, now mostly weight lifting (which i love). want to learn to run, the weather is perfect to get out. feel free to add me i try and be a good supporter/motivator

^^^^^my thought exactly... i have decided not to eat back my workout caloires, they are not 100% accurate and i am not usually hungry enough to eat them all. I will usually use them on the weekend when i hang out and want an adult beverage, but during the week i sticking to my 1200

I am a member @ PF and love it... the staff is great and for what i need, they have! I like the "lunk alarm" it is very rarley used and is a joke when it is. The price is awesome and gives you access to so many other benefits that they offer

i only count plain water, i have a 56oz container, that is seven 8oz glasses. I try and drink two of those a day. :drinker:

i strenght train 6 days a week, different muscle groups each day of course along with cardio, and work in abs 3 of those days. i agree cardio alone is pretty boring the lifting makes me feel strong!
