Hi Newbie! If you eat plenty of protein, you will not get hungry and it will help you lose fat and weight! Try a protein shake with 1/2 cup any fruit and this will last you a good long time. I use Herbalife protein shakes, and it's 24 grams of protein. 100 grams of protein a day. Try it!
