Hi all!
Like the title of my post implies, I'm new to this group. I've been on MFP for about 2 mos. I had surgery almost a month ago, so I had to take a little break and am just trying to get back into the swing of things. I have about 30lbs to loose for my first goal, but most importantly, I want to live a long healthy life for my two boys. What are other peoples suggestions to stay motivated? My problem is I start something and can't follow through because I get bored. Any tips on staying full longer to avoid overeating?
Thanks,
Tracey

Hi Newbie! If you eat plenty of protein, you will not get hungry and it will help you lose fat and weight! Try a protein shake with 1/2 cup any fruit and this will last you a good long time. I use Herbalife protein shakes, and it's 24 grams of protein. 100 grams of protein a day.

    Try it!

    Hi and welcome :flowerforyou:

I agree with eating protein to fill you up. I also make a Kale and Bean soup
and that stays with you quite a long time.
Also don't forget fiber foods to keep you full longer.
You can friend me if like.
