Hi all!
Like the title of my post implies, I'm new to this group. I've been on MFP for about 2 mos. I had surgery almost a month ago, so I had to take a little break and am just trying to get back into the swing of things. I have about 30lbs to loose for my first goal, but most importantly, I want to live a long healthy life for my two boys. What are other peoples suggestions to stay motivated? My problem is I start something and can't follow through because I get bored. Any tips on staying full longer to avoid overeating?
Thanks,
Tracey

  • Hi Newbie! If you eat plenty of protein, you will not get hungry and it will help you lose fat and weight! Try a protein shake with 1/2 cup any fruit and this will last you a good long time. I use Herbalife protein shakes, and it's 24 grams of protein. 100 grams of protein a day.

    Try it!

    Hi and welcome :flowerforyou:

I agree with eating protein to fill you up. I also make a Kale and Bean soup
and that stays with you quite a long time.
Also don't forget fiber foods to keep you full longer.
You can friend me if like.
