I wanted to ask where are we going this coming weekend.... but temps show upper-30's and mid-40's. Not ideal for a hike. If mother nature won't give me snow, she needs to bring on spring, but hold off on the heat crap that summer brings!!!

I would love to meet at the Botanical Gardens in Fayetteville and walk there and around parts of Lake Fayetteville :) We could even park a vehicle or two on one side of the Lake, caravan around to the other side and walk the full way around, and have a way to get back when our legs turn into noodles, hehe.

Yearrrrrrs ago there used to be a game you could play online called Acrophobia, the Fear of Acronyms. You'd start with 3 random letters and go up to 7, I think, and people would make suggestions of what that "acronym" stood for and then everyone playing got to vote for the best. I kinda miss it...

Since it won't let me edit my previous post.... I'm finished for today! Got a 20 minute walk in at work then went to check on a friends kitty and turned on her Wii and put in 20 minutes of Just Dance. Now my feet officially ache from doing this in flip-flops, but I've accomplished day 1!!!

My committment for today.... 20 minutes - Walk back road from plant to corporate office 20 minutes - Wii Dance game at home (yes, I have decided it will be the Smurfs one)

You can also look for the Panko crumbs. They're about half the calories as well. They seem to be all the rage lately, but I can't say I've tried any myself yet.

Hi Pam, good to see you here. A couple of us have been starting to put together group meets to walk on the weekends. Keep an eye out and join us! Birdie and I walked part of the Lake Fayetteville trail earlier today :) Walking with others is about the only way I'll get my booty moving and walking, so it's been great for me!

I bought a water filter last night, as well as replacement HEPA filters......... But I don't guess I noticed that!! Great, now I'm going to have to go back and look.
