  • Hey! You are strong. Without knowing what the specifics are, all I can say is you just gotta move through it, stay focused!
  • Food scale, nice road bicycle, pull-up bar for my doorway, yoga classes, climbing gym membership
  • it is a such a great work out and the easier of the routes are totally doable for almost any fitness level, kind of like climbing a ladder or something. I bike, do yoga, do some running and stuff, but this is the funnest thing I have done in years.
  • I've lost 5 pounds since New Years. Some fluctations but it feels good! Been biking, walking, doing indoor Rock Climbing, and my job is really physical. Just need to do better about eating out and drinking.
  • I mix it with almond milk in a drink or as peanut butter consistency. I have also mixed it with honey and just eaten it like pudding. I'm still discovering things to do with it.

  • I'm really liking the MRM Veggie Protein powder. Sometimes I even make shakes with it and peanut butter, powdered or not. It is a good way to get some protein filled calories when needed but can't cook a whole meal or don't feel ultra hungry. Avoid any protein powders with artificial sugars.
  • lookin good! skinny!
  • I know I can hit 6 minutes within a few weeks

  • once you start to find a pace that you can run for long distances without it killing your body, it actually starts to feel really good. find destinations to jog to change up the run with some stretching and other exercises. also, have you tried getting a road bike? not as hard on the knees.
  • you can burn fat when not in a calorie deficit. look at athletes who are technically heavier in weight, but have low body fat percentage. I guarantee they are not eating in a calorie deficit otherwise they would not build much muscle.
  • no everyon can be a long distance runner. even running 3-4 miles here and there, or even long walks is really good for you I would focus more on other things though biking for one strength training yoga just go for it
  • wow you are a hottie! cute even with the extra pounds, but damn. I would look twice if I saw you on the street
  • usually I drink atleast 64 ounces in the day and maybe another 32-64 in the evening. some days it is much more, some is a little less
  • scales showing body fat % are not accurate different body types, heights, and other factors cannot be calculated by these things. you can do it with measurements and that will get closer, but still not very accurate.
  • wow 8.5 miles nice one! and thanks!

  • I always weigh myself after the morning nature call.
  • 2 inches off your hips is HUGE! I would say you most likely just are retaining some water to go with your new muscles Sometimes the scale is not a good reflection of what is happening with your body. Measurements are better.
  • I think that as long as you are losing the weight slowly and exercising you will definitely notice a tightening up of your skin along with stretch marks getting smaller and lighter. yes this takes a long time and NO it should not stop you from working on your own personal health. tell your mom to stfu because you are doing…
  • So far in July I have biked atleast 70 miles (that I tracked)
  • i gave up alcohol in the first few months of losing weight last year but now I can easily incorporate it into my daily calories. you just have to watch your consumption and frequency just like anything else.

  • I personally feel that "normal" activities like this should not be logged. They typically do not burn more calories than you would burn in that same time without driving. If you are wearing some sort of heart rate monitor during this period, make sure to subtract the amount of calories you would normally burn in this same…
  • try it with powdered peanut butter and raw honey so good!
  • only 800 calories between breakfast and lunch is too few. You really should be balancing it out so that you eat more in those important meals. you can also snack on things like peanut butter or something if you need to. I did not look at your food diary but I think eating a bit more, especially when you know you will…
