A year ago this month I kind of half-assed started to get in shape.

I wasn't calorie counting but I started walking and jogging, mostly walking.

I couldn't even jog 1 mile. And even then it would kick my *kitten*, sore legs, chest hurting, red faced... literally have to go lie down afterwards.

Yesterday I busted out 3.5 miles without stopping and without walking, in around 30-35 minutes, just casually on a sunday afternoon. AND it felt GREAT. I've learned how to pace myself and plan to get much faster.

I bike, I do yoga, I do body weight exercises, and I work a physical job.

I changed my life and so can you.

    Awesome!! I know how you feel. I started C25K about 7 months ago - and just ran 8.5 miles a week ago - and ran a 5 mile race in 38:30 this weekend. Feels great doesn't it?

    It really does affect all areas of your life.....
