1.2 pound loss in 1 hour
So after morning weigh in, I did a number 2, cleaned the sleep from my eyes, cleaned out my boogers, earwax, belly button lint, finger and toenail dirt, took a shower and shaved. Then for kicks I stepped on the scale again................1.2 pounds lighter. I'm going to make this into a "diet" secret and make billions.

You forgot to move the scale to that one spot in the hallway. Where the hardwood floor slopes just enough for the scale to be balanced and give a reading, but a more, erm, "favorable" reading that it would give on the bathroom floor.0

There is also the sleep diet. Wake up for that annoying 5am pee, then weigh yourself. Then go back to sleep for a few hours. Wake up, pee, weigh yourself again, and presto! You could be a pound or two lighter.
