Damn after eating a turkey salad with raw bell peppers, a banana and a diet Pepsi, I'm up 1.8lbs. And that even includes the large belch right before posting.

Haha. That's kinda gross. Unfortunately, all my "crevices" are clean and I am still unhappy with my weight. hahaha, I wonder how much I'd lose if I got a good colon cleanse. :) any ideas?

If it's the really good kind of colon cleanse, the kind you need to put a seatbelt on your toilet lest you go into orbit, being at death's door might just cause you to lose 10 pounds for upwards of an hour.
