I dont think spot reducing works at all. You have to loose overall body fat and eventually you will loose the fat on your belly as well :)

Just dropping by to say hi. Ill post mine on Sunday though i saw the numbers on the scale move up all of the sudden :( Im hoping its cause of water retaining since i just started working out about 2 weeks ago. *crosses fingers* Anyone had anything similar happen to them?

Its so nice to see so many graduates of this program it keeps me motivated. Im just on week 3 day 1. I cant wait till i finish it and be able to run the whole 5 k like so many of you guys :)

i was initially scared when i started out as well but eventually your body will adapt and you will get used to it and its pretty normal and almost recommended that your repeat weeks if you can go to the next week. Just listen to your body and dont force it :)

Hey there, I would also recommend the podcasts. Im currently do the program as well and i got mine from http://www.c25k.com/ Just remember dont ever give up as much as you want to. Just keep going even through all that panting. You'll do great :)
