  • Hi there, I don't know many sorry but have you tried jillian Micheals 30 day shred? If think it's more for toning and and strength but combined with c25k could work well . Hope you find one that suits you :)

  • I Did them last night by accident lol, it's confusing us being in NZ we are ahead all the time , I found the body crunch ones mighty hard, but I did them, though I didn't lower my legs all the way down ( I wouldn't have been able to get them back up lol) I definitely think a randomthighs.com site would be great too!

  • I am on day 7 level one and I found the first day extremely hard, but it's only 25 minutes so you can see the light at the tunnel lol, was so sore the first few days but if you just keep at it by the 3 /4 day it feels soo much better. Good luck everyone :) kick it's butt!

  • Day7 done! I managed to do 10 proper push ups in a row! When I struggled to do 1 or 2 on day 1 :) knee has been playing up the last few days, took it easy on it with the lunges today,.hope everyone else is kicking its but.
