If you are a kiwi living in NZ (especially in the Waikato) or anywhere else in the world, could you please add me, I would like to find out about what kind of foods you are using in your quest for healthful living :)

    Kiwi living in OZ.

    Brands names wont be exactly the same but a whole more familiar than the US brands. Sometimes I have no idea what the US people are eating!

    Two of us in Masterton that I know of.

    Food: Basically, if I didn't make it (or my mum), I'm reluctant to eat it - only because A) I wont know how much of what is in the food, and B) As great as MFP food database is (and IT IS), not suprisingly it doesn't have EVERY single brand food etc...

    Exercise: Is pretty much made up of my gym program (cardio and resistance), yoga, walking, and meditation.

    Weight loss is just common sense really: don't expect it to fall off over night, and be prepared to hit a platue at some stage - when that happens look at changing your workout regime (interval training is great for weight loss).

    More commonly they are a variety of fruit...but it is also the nickname given to those who inhabit a group of islands south of Australia called New Zealand :)

    I am also from NZ ranson777 Palmerston North to be exact. There are a heap of us on here, you know how it is good news travels fast in NZ lol. Feel free to add :smile:

    Sorry I can't help with the food, all the food I miss from NZ is bad for you :p
    well except the meat, it really does taste different here.
