Take a look at http://www.bellybra.com/

I also weigh in on a Monday to keep me focused over the weekend as that was previously my weak spot

Make a list of all the reasons you want to lose weight and put it somewhere you can see it (have more reasons for yourself or you run the risk of things back firing if you do it purely for someone else) Cut out the crap - a calorie is a calorie a lot of people will say but is not something I follow anymore, aim for as much…

i would imagine it goes beyond jealousy and more a case of you holding a mirror up and she does not like what she sees in herself. By you making the changes you are no longer being an enabler in her life "it doesn't matter if i am fat, she is too so I am okay" She obviously doesn't want to change right now so will be…

We will ultimately do what we want to do the most, I lost 10 stone and put a lot of it back on this year (2 stone in June alone). i was having several take aways per week and had a general CBA attitude to everything not just the weight, all my original motivation to lose weight was gone in my head so I had no reasons to…

Wanting it more than anything else
-
Yeah it happens around day 3 I found, I found all cravings usually are gone by the end of the first week though :)

This is something I have been thinking about recently myself, having come from morbidly obese myself (350llbs) I feel like I am now on the other side of the fence. I have noticed a lot more larger people around now whereas previously they would have been smaller than me regardless I do not want to associate with them…

sorry but why would you want to be friends with someone that would call you lame for wanting to walk a 5k. Go out there and do it, all my weight loss has been through walking and all i could manage to start with was 15 minutes at a time, it will be so worth it for you so go for it and get better friends that will encourage…

quite simple for me, I don't want to die alone

Really vague sorry but ultimately find a plan and style that you like and can see yourself doing for the long term, don't be afraid to experiment with different styles to ultimately find what works for you, the best plan is the one you stick to. Oh and lift weights

The rules I followed which helped: 1. When you are hungry, go eat something 2. Whilst you are eating, go slowly to give your body time to let you know you are getting full 3. When you are feeling full/not hungry stop eating safe in the knowledge that you can always eat more if you get hungry again. An example which worked…

Feb 2010 After December 2012 139lbs lost

Your stomach will shrink back to "normal" size which I believe is the size of your fist. if you are feeling full and you stop eating this is a good thing
-
No and that is the biggest problem for this style of eating, so much mixed information. I personally do fasts for around 24 hours so would have evening meal and then nothing until evening meal the next day. To me eating throughout the day is just calorie cycling rather than intermittent fasting as you are continuing to eat…

from Coventry in the West Midlands, feel free to add me anyone

hate it every time they change it and find myself using you tube a lot less each time they do. I used to spend most of my time looking at recommended videos, it seems at the moment for me the list does not refresh so all videos are just marked as watched with nothing new to watch

I have 11 to go, don't think it is going to happen for this Christmas for me. You have done an amazing job
-
um dude, aren't you married?
-
Far too much drink at a Christmas party + extra shots of Sambuca = me vomiting everywhere like the girl in the exorcist and decided it would be good to take off all my clothes.....
-
because you can, I waited a year before changing my diet and lost the majority of my weight with exercise. What works for one person may not work for another...

Golden rules When you are hungry - eat something When you eat - pay attention to eating, eat slowly, eat consciously and enjoy your food. When you are full - STOP eating, you can always eat more later Yeah today you may only have 900 calories but tomorrow you may be more hungry and eat and extra 300, it all balances out.
-
Based on your diary I would say you are over estimating your exercise speed & calories burnt. Try halving the amounts for each exercise you do and eat to that amount of calories for a month and see what happens.
-
I have now updated the spreadsheet calculation
-
I would go for the extra money, work out how much 15 days holiday will cost you as you will most likely want to do more on the days off which will cost you money, so by taking the extra holiday you will probably end up with less money.
-
I have added some extra columns to the existing spreadsheet, the total loss column will not work but I will take a look at the calculation and include the new columns, unless someone beats me to it
-
I can understand this as I had similar concerns at the start, but read a forum post that pretty much said: Deal with the problems you are having today and worry about the loose skin if and when it happens. Why is it a concern to you so much?

Yep, My Gran now thinks I will become anorexic if I lose any more weight
