I'll echo the proper nutrition, warm up, before and after stretches and add in some compression sleeves. Worked wonders for me.

Thanks everyone! Pen and Paper are too unruly for me to use since most of the time I run to and from the gym. I'll keep praying that the programers get the update out quickly and check out the other one this morning.

I guess I'm lucky because I don't like wine or beer much. I prefer wiskey which is like 70 calories so I can pretty easily fit it within my daily alotment and if it doesn't fit ... meh - it's not the end of the world. :drinker:

I agree with the post about increasing your calories. The truth is that initially you will probably gain some. It seems clear that if a person is a chronic dieter who's weight increases dramatically when they 'go off their diet' has probably done some damage to their metabolism. You need to work on changing your body's set…
