I ended up taking day 2 as a rest day!!! It's pitiful..... but I was sick. :grumble: trying not to take anymore.... at least this week. I'm actually kind of excited to do this..... something MUST be wrong with me. HA! HA! HA! :laugh: :drinker:

I ended up doing day 1 and then missing day 2.... I was sick in bed. But I hauled my butt out of bed today to get this done..... UGH! So technically I am now a day behind, but I am not giving up yet!!! And boy am I sore......

SW: 194 CW: 180 GW: 160 I'm 5'8" and 41 yo. I've been fluctuating with 8lbs for about the past 2months. UGH!!! once I hit GW, I may see if another 5lbs would be to my advantage or not. :bigsmile:

I wear a fitbit all day.... so it kind of tracks my movement anyway.... not sure if I should track my exercises (push-ups, squats) differently. :ohwell:

I was also in the Navy.... and I find myself still drinking several pots a day. My day starts at work by 0530... the only difference is now the pot of coffee after 1400 is decaf..... and I drink my coffee black.:drinker:

When I did this, I used to have grits. or plain oatbran with soy milk. I also would make a smoothie (which according to the site and books you could do as long as everything was on the lists AND if it was being used as a meal). I will have to go back and look at some of my other ideas.....

they un-thaw good...... in most cases I cook them anyway..... if you're worried about the excess juices, you could always thaw them in a strainer and could even save the juice/water for syrups or reserve them to add for thickener... YUM... :drinker:

I peel them, cut them ready for fillings (pies, etc) then freeze them.... then I always have some for whatever is on the menu. :happy:
