Low carb high protein cheesecake puddling bliss

Blend a serving (1/2 cup) of low fat cottage cheese with 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (only 15 calories!) - then blend in a packet of Splenda or truvia if you like it sweet and blend in a tablespoon of sugar free jello cheesecake pudding mix. Blend till smooth and you can add cinnamon if you want or a little sugar free chocolate syrup for a chocolate version.... I kept it plain and sprinkled 1/4 cup fresh blueberries on top. Mmmmmm so so good and protein filled :)
