It usually takes me a couple weeks (or more) for them to stop, but I learned my body does not like any kid of sugar not even fake! If I have any form of sweetener I will be hungry for 2 days after!

Followed a stuffed bell pepper recipe except added shredded and chopped cabage inplace of rice. Some of stuffing mixed with motz others with cheddar. Some I added some cumin to stuffing and mixed in Mexican cheese... all turned out great and husband loved Mexican stuffed bells the most.

No sugar or sweetner until I lost the weight.. Causing hunger all day for days it's not worth it to me... Why make dieting harder than it has to be? If you can go with out it for a week or 2 give it a try and then try just alittle one day and you will know what we are talking about..good luck!

I only did it 3 times but only had 50 lbs to loose... Started at 1600 65/25/10 then went to 1500 70/25/5. The. Finished with 1400 75/20/5 I never used the calculated just set my own way female 5'2" sw 194 end 140. I would change mine when ever I started slowing down on loosing.

I ate a lot of scrambled eggs with tbs of mayo beat in before scrambling. Topped with cheese.... And Side of bacon.. This is a fatty meal..
