You're right. I'm just afraid it means my self control is not good and that I'm not going to lose the weight I want to lose. It was just scary to see. By so much better than how I'd been eating before anyway. Thank you!

I say healthy because I associated salad/salad dressing with being healthy and I think that a 210 calorie salad dressing which 80% of is calories from fat hardly counts as such. Maybe that logic only functions for me.

I am currently 270, I disliked my body immensely when I was in the 130s, so I'm aiming for 150s. BMI doesn't really work for me, as it never took into account muscle, I was fit and healthy at 150, so that's the goal right now.

Actually, all I drink is water outside of the couple of beers I have every so often with my friends. The skin issues are with the areas that see more friction than other areas. I should have been clear. But thank you!

I do, I start class next week and I was going to start doing some of my exercises at the center. We have a treadmill at my house, but I really want access to the weights.

I'm the same way. When I get down to my smallest weight I'll still have the broadest shoulders and the thickest thighs and calves. It's muscle, you're strong, you're beautiful and they're ridiculous to poke fun at you for something that means you are healthy. You're strong and beautiful.

30DS is by Jillian Micheals. It's a 4 week program where you exercise 5-6 times a week using then 30-37 min long video that she has for the week.

My boyfriends parents try a wheat tortilla base instead of dough. Also you can sub pico de gallo for tomato sauce. I personally make mine with low sodium tomato sauce and then some mozzerella and put pineapple on top!

My mother told me that if I didn't lose weight I had to move out because she was tired of looking at me. At my college orientation we had to pick foods that started with our first names (mine is MaryAnn) and these two guys said marshmallow and just busted out laughing.

bob harper extreme weight loss cardio is only like $10 bucks at walmart and is fantastic. I'm doing that and Jillian Micheals 30 day rip or shred or whatever which they also sell at walmart, but you might be able to torrent them.
