Gg Scandinavian Crisp bread is really filling. I bought some the other day and it really hit the spot! There is so much fiber in it and very low in cals. I need to get me some more...Oh, and I got it from Whole Foods, but I am sure you can find it online somewhere. I am telling you, try it out..and it is good for you too.

To be honest, I used to log my exercise at work when I first started doing it. It's a nice walk from the metro to my office and I do this every weekday (30 minute walk round-trip). I don't anymore because it is just a regular part of my day now, meaning I do it regardless and not really for exercise. I only log if I do…

Bumpin for ya! I wear my (4b) hair in it's natural state now (best decision I ever made!), but I was relaxed at one point. This website has a wealth of information about black hair care: www.longhaircareforum.com You will probably get much better tips from the website above than you will get here. Good luck!

Yes. I am not very active though. I am a lurker there mostly LOL!

Thanks!! Having this support system here and on LCF really helps.

I am on my second week of JUDDD, so still tweaking, but my numbers are: 1850/500. According to the JUDDD calculator I can have up to 2000/414 (after induction). I have a substantial amount of weight to lose though: 242/214/135. 5ft. 5 inches, age 38.

Amazing story and progress! Also, although you are moving on to bigger and better things, I want say that the NICU staff at Childrens hospital saved my son's life. He is now 6. I will never forget the excellent staff and top-notch care we received. The work you do is very important and touches peoples lives every day.…
