Hello all. Pretty proud of myself from 222 on the weekend today I weighed 218 :) ate pretty healthy and have worked out everyday as well :) I am 5'8. My goal is 170. Have ways to go but I know I will get there.

I have a bunch but i also swear by the Nike Dri-fit. I also have some adidas and under armour as well as other cheaper brands (walmart has some pretty good deals) as buying work out clothes can get expensive. Nike and under armour are my favorite.

i work out both days since I have more time to do so. But I do it in the mornings and I just dont like the results from it. Not sure what it is but I feel I obtain better results if I workout before going to bed m-f. But I still do it since I walk my dog everyday plus I feel crappy if I don't, my body asks for worksouts lol

Haha sometimes the rocks really do bother me. I have a pair of nike free(train), nike free runs and Nike Lunar Glide and tobe honest the best for me to run are the Lunar Glide they have a lot more support. My first goal is 170. From there I will be working to get down to 160-155. I'm more of a in between medium/large frame. Im halfway to my first goal so Im thinking I want my body to stabilize at the 170 mark and maintain it for a couple months and then hit the accelerator to get to 155-160 ha.
