I was just on their website and I printed out the schedule. I wasn't sure when I was going to start, I was thinking about waiting until I hit 140. But post about how you are doing, I would love to hear about it.

I am on day 2 of level one, I may not be able to see a difference but I can feel a difference while I am doing the work out.

GREAT JOB!! You look amazing!!

Eat slowly, and try not to over eat. I can imagine it will be hard to count calories but as long as you don't eat too much you should be okay. Be sure to get some excercise in too. Maybe you could write down the name of the meals, and a description and then try googling the calorie count. Oh and be sure to have fun on…

Thanks for posting, this was a great read. I will have to keep some of these things in mind.

Got it, thank you :)

This is exactly the motivation I need, especially with Spring Break right in the middle of March. Having a challenge will keep me in line. :)

My goal is 130, but my sister said that might be too low for my frame. http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-wrREmRmGI1o/T0V7r_hHKfI/AAAAAAAAAYM/Lq2YE0h_46c/s1600/DSCN3707.JPG This is me at 150. I still have a lot of weight around my hips that I am working on.

I love your message at the end. It's good not to be too hard on yourself, I need to do that more. Keep logging everything!

... I found out how to change it :)

So I saw very few NY-ers so this is me trying to bump our numbers. I am from Upstate NY, Ilion, NY... but I am currently at school in Williamsport, PA

I agree! This is what I do, right after dinner I floss and brush my teeth, and then brush again when it gets closer to bedtime. And if you don't want to brush twice in a row like that use Listerine total care (the floride is not only good for your teeth but it is also another food deterant, you aren't supposed to eat or…

Mine is just from starting on MFP, mainly because I don't know how to make it show my starting weight from August, luckily I had only lost 10 pounds when I started MFP so the '170.9' it says isn't too far off, and the difference between 20 something and 30 something pounds doesn't matter, loss is loss. But it will be good…

My school used to have Sodexo, and now we have Parkhurst, but we still have a wrap station. I would say break down the wrap you are getting and try getting the calories for the individual ingredients, or even look up the nutritional facts from subway, that might be a good comparison.

I'm 23, 5'6" and currently 148.8 pounds with 18 more to lose, I love getting the notifications of friends succeeding and I am very supportive! Feel free to add me :)

I have a big list but my two main goals are to become healthier in my emotional/spiritual life and in my physical life. I am going to church every Sunday, which I haven't done since high school when I was forced to by mom. I have also given up snaking, dining out, soda, coffee, and alcohol.

I have awards at 5lbs lost. For example I just hit my 150 goal so I am going to the movies this weekend at 145 I am going to get a new wii game, then at 140 I am getting a new dress for graduation. But although my goal weight is 135, I am not rewarding myself for getting there until I prove that I can keep it off so I am…

I eat dinner between 5 & 6 depending on the day, and I don't eat after 7pm. Although I agree with Motocity and ACG, you wanna be careful not to eat close to bed time cause it stores the food as fat as opposed to working it off with more activity.

I just got accepted there for graduate school, haven't decided if that is where I will be in August, but do you like it?

I am boring in comparison to everyone else. I do an hour a day every day, and I try to get at least 5 miles done, (it's hard on the days I am feeling really lazy) but on a good day I'm at 5.5+ I try to get a better distance for the 60mins and/or better time for the 5 mile mark everyday. For now the cardio is great but I am…

My goal is to lose ~1.7 lbs per week, which is my rough average, but this week I have been losing the Christmas weight (I gained 4lbs over 4 weeks) so I have been losing 1.3 lbs/day. I am worried about the rebound that may occur.
