    I am 5'6" and hovering around 140. Currently trying to maintain, but when I am less stressed from classes I will probably try to lose 5-10 more pounds.

    My goal is to be between 140-150. I have found, for me, that anything less than 135 was really hard to maintain.
  • I thought 150 when I was 200, I am 145 and now I think 130 would look better or maybe 135-140 if I work really hard on toning up real tight.
  • I'm 5'7" and looking for 155. At 155 I'm a size 8, and with a large frame I look not skinny, or plump - Just healthy. Anything lower than 150 and I would look like a stick figure. With a lollipop for a head!

    Wow I noticed a lot of people would like to be between 120-140 for a goal weight. I think for 5'6 that this would be too small, especially for me. SW 299, CW 220, GW 165. I mean I guess if I got to 165 and thought this was still too high then i'd try for a little more, but no way would I ever want to be 120, I think it'd make me look sick. :) But of course this is just my opinion!

    I'm bout 5' 6 or 5'7 I started at 130 and am 125.6 want to be down to 120.. of course I had a baby Nov 16 and was 141 when I delivered

    I would love to be between 135 and 140. I'm currently at 168 with a starting weight at 185. Still got a ways to go...

    I started at 191, currently at 162. My first goal weight is 145 with an aim for 135 eventually. I'll see as I get a bit lower.

    I put 134, but that's really just something to aim at. The smallest I can remember being is 150ish. I didn't look bad then, but I'd like to be more muscular now. I started at 234 and am currently 175.

    I started trying to lose weight in November 2011 and weighed 260lbs. As of today I am 231lbs. I once lost enough to get down to 148. That was my lowest and people were telling me I was looking too thin? Right now I would be happy getting to 170, but ideally 150 by the end of this journey.

    I'm 5'6 1/2. I started out at 186 lbs. I'm currently 161 lbs. Since I have a medium frame my overall goal is 150 lbs.

    I'm 5'6 and weigh 130 right now. My goal is 120-123 but I am trying not to get too caught up on what the scales says. I want to drop some fat and gain muscle so my "goal" weight my change along my journey.

    I'm about 5'6 and according to my scale, my weight ranges anywhere between 126-129 pounds on any given day. My goal is to get down to 120.
  • My goal is about 130-125. :) Either one I'll be happy with.

    5' 6" and want my goal weight to be 190 lbs, because I am a large frame.
    I will determine if I want to lose more when I'm at that weight.
    I presently 246 ish.

    I am 5'6 here and happy at 143lbs. I went into maintenance about 2 months ago and very happy: I was not going for stick figure status-I just wanted to be healthy with curves and I achieved that goal:flowerforyou:

    My goal is to maintain between 130 to 133.

    I was 135 in my profile picture and am currently 136.

    Trying to get back to 130.

    Really? Everyone's bodies are so different even when you're the same height and weight. I'm pretty solid all over. If I lost anymore I'd look sickly. My shoulders and upper chest/neck area are skin over bone but I tend to carry my weight in lower ab/hip area.
  • Starting weight was 227, currently at 207. Goal weight is 165. I was very athletic as a child so I don't know that I could get less than 150 without looking sickly.

    I think i'll be happy around 150, but i'm not really shooting for a number. Just whatever I feel is healthiest for me and leaves me looking healthy with muscles.

    I have a pretty large frame, i'm 200 right now but in a size 11 pants and a L top.
  • My goal is 130, but my sister said that might be too low for my frame.

    This is me at 150. I still have a lot of weight around my hips that I am working on.
