There is exercise during the inferno plan. If you look at the top of each page, there are around 2 to 3 Turbo Fire exercises to do each day.

I'm on the 2nd week now and would love to join this challenge. Sadly I'm not seeing any results yet.. think it'll take awhile??

I'm somewhat new to the whole message board thing haha but is this a closed group? I just started Turbo Fire yesterday and would LOVE some people to talk to about it! :)

I don't have a review to add, but I just barely ordered mine on Friday and I am waiting for it to come! :) It seems completely intimidating but I am hoping it will help break this plateau I'm on. If you'd like to motivate each other, feel free to add me! :)

Haha! I find myself saying that all the time about my whole mouth being full of sweet teeth. Glad I'm not the only one! :) I definitely agree that if I don't buy it, I won't eat it...but it's hard when my loved ones buy junk and have it in front of me. Definitely hard to to turn it down that way!

As someone else mentioned, try talking to your parents or a school nurse/nutritionist. They can help you plan out how many calories you need to eat, give you some exercise ideas, and help you overall to lose weight the healthy way, rather than limiting yourself to such low calories. Be patient with it and you'll lose…

Perhaps you aren't losing much weight in that area because your body is in starvation mode. Your net calories are super low for the day! I'm not going to feed into telling you how skinny you are, since you probably already know that. No one can tell you you're skinny and make you believe it if you have a distorted body…
-
That definitely isn't healthy. I don't mean to be blunt, but your picture looks like you are young, maybe early teen's... Do you feel pressured to lose weight quickly and that's why you're trying to starve yourself?

I try to stay around 1,200 calories.. Wouldn't say that my choices are necessarily what health nuts would eat.. I still have my goodies and what not here and there, but with my exercise I usually net around 1,200 (minus the days that I completely blow it, haha.) I would love to compare with other people!!

- Healthy Choice fudge bars. 100 Cal and seriously delicious. My new guilty pleasure without the guilt! :) - 5 reduced fat Ritz w/ light laughing cow Swiss cheese = 105 Cal - Yoplait light vanilla or strawberry yogurt w/ 1/4 c special k granola cereal - strawberry special k bars - 6 reduced fat wheat thins = 65 calories or…

YUM! Where do you find this reception?

I am Catholic and I think am actually giving up potatoes, too! It's going to be tough to stay away from French fries!!
-
You could try Jillian Michaels' No More Trouble Zones (something along those lines, can't remember the exact name.) It's a great workout!
-
I just might have to give it a shot! Thanks! How do you like Insanity??
-
Perhaps you can start over at level 1 with heavier weights :)
-
Hi Leelee! I know what you are going through. I have always worked out a ton but have had such a hard time losing weight recently. I finally came to terms with my eating habits and realized that I didn't know that this little thing called "portion control" was. Since I recognized my eating habits, I have started to measure…

I am also doing 30 Day Shred, Level 1 and I have found myself to be having the same problems (even though I consider myself pretty in shape, it's still tough!) Like you, I also try just lifting one arm while doing the side lunges. I alternate between right, left, then do a couple with both arms and so on. As for the squats…

Ah I have the SAME problem!! What about protein supplements/powders??? (I haven't tried them, but probably should..)
-
I am addicted to good old fashioned TURBO JAM! :) Maybe I'm a little old school... I really should go buy the Turbo Fire but I'm super intimidated by it. What do you all think is the best purchase for the best results (for someone who can't handle EXTREMELY intense, fast paced workouts.. even though I am young, guess it's…

thank you! I do strength training and everything, I just don't focus on eating protein..so its probably not helping me much. And I consume it (in a shake or whatever) BEFORE my work out? Sorry, like I said..I'm clueless! :)

Mmm! Thanks for sharing!!
