http://glutenfreesingles.com/ Do it. You know you want to.

I am a little ashamed, because I want to say that the funniest thing in this whole thread was the original post. But, to be honest, I cannot decide which is the funniest: 1. The original post and replies in kind, 2. The outraged, "Sandwiches are wonderful!" and helpful, "But if you make them at home with high-quality…

The Propoganda Artists at Big Sandwich sometimes even get people calling sandwiches "HEROES" to get us to accept them. Sickening.

tinz, please do not post such graphic and upsetting photos. LINK to them, with a warning that the link is NOT SAFE FOR WORK and contains OFFENSIVE IMAGES.

Even so-called "brown breads" are not truly Bread of Colour. You may find the token Pumpernickel in the deli now and then, but ultimately, sandwiches are mostly about white bread suppressing dark fillings.

I feel so duped. So naive. I thought I was living a healthy lifestyle, but until now did not realise how many food-within-a-food sandwiches were hiding in my diet. Chicken Kiev. BLOODY CHICKEN KIEV. Why must SandwichCorp be so good at disguising sandwiches as other foods?

This is my new favorite insult.

Nice try, Darren! But I know a guy who knows a guy! I got it straight from my mother's aunt's third cousin's butcher!

Wake UP Amerikkka! There is NOTHING OK about sandwiches! In Leviticus, it clearly stated that mixing bread and meats was an abomination, and that meat should not be unequally yoked together with grains. Mixing meat and bread with the occasional addition of salad, cheeses, and condiments is the single greatest contributor…

I tried looking at pictures of food on my computer and just making chewing motions, but looking at the pictures of tasty cakes caused DiHydrogen Monoxide to actually LEACH into my mouth! Years of eating sandwiches has clearly resulted in a buildup of dangerous toxins in my body! Is it too late for me? Can you recommend…

MyFitnessPal is obviously in collusion with Big Sandwich. They actually ADVISE me to drink at least 8 glasses of DiHydrogen Monoxide a day!

I'd agree with what people say here as well. Review what your goals are, and see if what you're doing falls in line with them. Your goal is to lose weight, right? And in order to do that, you have to a) remain healthy, and b) do something that you can live with for the duration. It's easy enough to say cut out alcohol full…

Excellent plan! I am going to RUN to the kitchen, and LIFT bites of cake, 3 sets of 20 reps at a time, thereby combining the diet and exercise parts.

Feel free to add me as well!

45 here, on my third week so far. Feel free to add me, one and all!

I measure and log 85-90% of what I eat. In other words, I do it fairly religiously. However, once you've been doing it for a while, and you know that you have, say, 400 calories left for the day, and you're out at a restaurant, you can kind of guess about how much that steak weighs, and that sort of thing. When I am being…

Just saying, "My husband brings home chocolates," is not enough information to say whether he is trying to sabotage you, or be nice. Both sides here are kinda right. You ARE responsible for what you put in your mouth, but it is also true that sometimes, especially when you're first starting out, the temptation is too…

I'd suggest looking at short term, non-weight goals. Because when you have lots to lose, like me, there is this thing that kicks in and says, "You've lost 50 lbs, and YOU'RE STILL A HEIFER." That long-term goal, stretching out ahead of me, so far away and unrealistic, will NOT get me to the gym in the morning, or help me…
