Hi Monica! I need someone to be accountable! It works! I lost 52 pounds and have gained 19 back. Today..I here to say I am on a Mission! My short term goal is 30 pounds by June 16th. Long Term goal is 80 pounds.

The scale always goes up before my period. Between 2-3 pounds. Didn't catch on to this until a couple of months ago and buying 3 new scales.

I have the DVD. I love it! I use a 10 pounds kettlebell. I bought the Danceskin Kettle with DVD and did all three workouts. I then bought the Jillian Michaels Shred it with Weights and its tough. I workout 2-3 times a week with my kettlebell and see a huge difference. :happy:

My goal is not to be "skinny" just healthly. I want to be able to buy clothes off the rack and not go to a plus size store. My goal is just to be healthly and get this weight off. My goal is to be 12/14? I was up to a 26 and now down to 22.
