Done. I did them as sets of 50 with 5 pound weights. I know that is wimpy, but it's has been a long time since I have done any lifting other than boxes.0

lets see. I did Upper body this morning. First pyramid set I used 15# and did 30 reps; Second pyramid set Squat Bicep curls using 20# and did 30 reps; So I am at 60 reps. Still 140 to do. I'm in. Perhaps I will lower my weights slightly to get the reps in though.0

I'll try when I get home! When I do arm curls normally, I do 30 reps, 20 in a semi-squat with a flat back, and 10 standing. We'll see how many I can do in a squat if I alternate....!0
