Today's challenge: Crunches
Let's see if we can do 200.
Also, let's try and do 50 sit-ups. If you can't do sit-ups that's fine but at least try.
Do them the hardest way that you can and practice proper form instead.
You can do the crunches any style you want.
If you can't do them all then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

200? Yes I'm up... this is going to be a hard one. Due to the time difference between us, I only read the challenges late in the afternoon which only leaves the night to do them. But I'm up!0

This a fab thread - was really up for this until I realised crunches didnt mean the biscuit variety!!! - however, I will give it a go - been quite a while since my stomach did any of those - may spread them across the day (is that allowed)!!0

A crunch is basically a half a sit-up.0

Did it! Well, the 200 crunches anyway - 100 normal, 100 bicycle. My Jack Russell puppy thought it was a great game so most of them were done with her lying on my stomach!0

Thanks for the challenge...I can't believe I just did 200 crunches!!! But I do think I need to work on my form. Found that my neck was getting a bit tired.0

Just got done. (I exercise at night, after work). Mixed it up, some regular, some sides, some lower abs, and some upper/lower together. I'll be sore tomorrow! Thanks for the challenge. What's tomorrow????0 -
