I'm not afraid to ask for an extension if I was alone, but in front of my bf.......that's the terrible part :( I have flown before but that was like 10 years ago and 30 pounds lighter. I don't think I'm flying a smaller plane. I'm flying Delta from Michigan to Florida.

I'm not worried about the seat width. I'm flying with my bf and we will put the armrest up between us so that's not an issue. I am just worried about the seat belt :( I will be horrified if I need a seatbelt extender. I will cry the entire flight.

I have done my second workout with 30 day shred. I have about 100 pounds to lose and even level 1 is hard for me. I am doing it every other day instead of every day because it takes so much out of me. I feel like I will NEVER even be able to do level 1 completely without taking some shortcuts on the moves :(

I love to have a cup a day on the days that I work. After I eat breakfast and before lunch I get sort of hungry. So I like to have a cup and it keeps me good until lunch time.

i love my bike! i didnt buy a fancy cycling bike or anything. i just bought a pink schwinn from walmart for $100 and i love it.

NYX makes some affordable cosmetics and you can buy it at ulta or some CVS, rite aid type stores. i feel you get what you pay for sometimes. not always. but usually. i do alot of research on certain products i want to buy before i buy them.

I was at the bar with some co workers and one of the managers made a comment that said "hey you can answer this question sarah, big girls are easy right?" not only did he call me fat, but he was assuming that i was a slut because since im bigger i will just give it away to anyone for attention. no thanks.

on the weekends I weigh myself when I get up in the morning after I go to the bathroom. Usually then I crawl back in bed for a couple hours. Well when I get up and weigh myself AGAIN I am usually less a couple hours later after I wake up. Its so weird!

lol!!! i actually only weigh myself the day after i poop. for some reason i poop every couple days ( i know its supposed to be like twice a day) and I wait to weigh myself until AFTER i do it just incase haha. I know I am not going to have a 5 pound poop but every ounce counts! lol

I used to do that too! My aunt bought be a barbie exercise tape when I was younger because I too needed more exercise lol. I should have done it more often maybe I wouldnt be where I am today!

i think its different for everyone. try taking supplements if your not already. maybe your low on iron also. maybe have your dr do a check on which vitamins your low on?

I am eating 1800 calories a day. What does the cardio do to you on an empty stomach? Should I be doing cardio in the morning 3 times a week and then strength training at night 3 times a week? Also...should I eat the calories back that I burn off?
