If you have Droid or IPhone, MFP database is pretty good. It has tons of info on most of the country wide chain restaurants. When I was 135 lbs I still had almost the same size calves. Somehow legs have always my problem. I don't have a big top, i am a pear shape, so my top is smaller than my bottom When I was slimmer, I was asked if I ever road a bicycle. A small definition is nice, the bulky calves are rather ugly

Once i passed 10 lbs mark I stopped thinking about any material rewards. I have an old pair of diesel jeans that i have not been able to fit in for the last 8-9 years, once I get to 140 138 I should be able to fit in them That would be my reward.

Hi, Based upon what I saw in your dairy, my suggestion is to cut your carbs, at least in a half. I always follow the same rule calorie/carbs/protein/fiber. I do. Since I started TF prep ( 4 weeks ago), my waist line went down about 1 1/2 inch, and hips about 2 inches, but nowhere else.
