I did the same thing 2 days ago! A whole mushroom & cheese pizza followed by icecream & brownie lol it had been ages for me too! But that's exactly it, it doesn't happen often at all so the next day I just just got back on the healthy wagon & gymed! It's okay,, just move on ????
