My food log is a prime example of repetition. Same thing for breakfast all but one or two days a week. I make lunches ahead for the week so that is usually the same, but I try to change it up each week. I have about 10 go to dinners that I rotate through.0

I have had my homemade muesli every day for breakfast for the past couple of years. Maybe missed the odd day, but generally pretty consistent.0

Whole wheat bread for breakfast every morning - most of the time just plain and sometimes with butter

Oatmeal with blueberries and blackberries, pretty much every single day. I have a hard time lasting until lunch if I don't start off my morning with a hearty oatmeal breakfast!0

Roasted chickpeas (makes me feel like I am eating crunchy snacks like chips etc), frozen coffee protein shake every morning to replace the coffee with way to much sugar I used to drink.0
