I also drove off the cliff this weekend...Saturday and Sunday were HELL in an Easter basket (pun intended). Definitely using this week to undo what I did and then this next weekend not left myself get as vulnerable like I did this last weekend. That is my mini goal.

I can't eat anything before a run. I have to wait atleast 2.5hours after I eat to run or I get a side-ache. On my long runs on Saturday morning, I get up and go.

Thank you :) I know I have a little fat and I'm okay with that, (well, not really, but I'm working on that eating cleaner!) I just want to have tighter muscles so it's not my whole stomach that sticks out!

The pain happened again during the 8th mile and this time I had to stop for a little bit because the pain was too much at the time. I have Asics right now and I may have to get new ones. I'm so sad because they're hot pink, but I think I have wide feet :/

I have about 151 miles on this pair so far. It only happened on one foot but I'm kind of hesitant to run tomorrow...I'm still going to, but it was just weird.

I had the NuvaRing for 3 years and didn't have any side effects with weight gain. It just simply didn't work for me (I got pregnant on it twice). I hope someone has some helpful answers! Have you tried a different birth control?
