I also find a difference between walking on the treadmill at the gym and walking the same way outside which is usually 2 mph....the treadmill gives me approx 50 more calories burned and MFP is always lower.....not sure which one is correct.....

I eat 5min to cook Ouaker Oats with a little milk, splenda and a little fruit.....I find this keeps me easily until noon and I think it also helps me to not be so hungry after supper.....

try using your exercise time as an incentive to knit.....tell yourself if I exercise for 30 mins. then I can sit and knit and don't knit unless you have done at least 30 mins. after a few weeks you will want to exercise more and more because your body will feel different and you will miss it if you don't. good luck ! Boy ! do I know the pain, its unbearable......I didn't know what the attacks were until I went to the emergency room one night for what we thought was a bad reaction to a new medication, come to find out I had a gall bladder loaded with stones and had to have an emergency removal......not to scare you but stay on top of it…

had two wisdom teeth pulled yesterdday which was really hard when you are 64 years old......I have only done 1500 so far hope to do at least 500 today....this is such a great incentive !!!

did 500 on Monday, Tues and plan on another 500 today.....having tooth pulled tomorrow so I am not sure what the remainder of the challenge brings but will give it a try .....I would love to make it to 2500 calories burned by Sunday...I am 64 years old so I really didn't plan on making it to 3500 but wanted to joined the…

I burned 575 calories today which is 250 calories more than I usually burn......I am 64 years old so I will probably not hit the 3500 this week.....but will really try !!!

just give it a try for a day or two, you will find that you feel so much better and you will want to keep it up.....good luck

count me me I will start with my calories tomorrow and will post Monday to Sunday......3500 is double what I usually do but will try to get as close to 3500 as I can....... I will imagine Jillian is on my shoulder yelling at me !!!!!!!!!

I find I do this, especially when I see people eating things they shouldn't eat.
