    Monday: 90 minutes: all 90 were walking
    Tuesday 60 minutes: all were walking (only counting 30 though towards calories)
    Wednesday: 20 minutes: all walking
    Thursady: 0
    Friday: 0
    Saturday: 20 minutes walking
    Sunday: 35 minutes: not counting cleaning and rearranging furniture. 20 minutes walking 15 homemade work oou

    135 to go...I did not meet the goal this week.

    Well last week was a wrap for me on Friday.......:-) Last week was the 1st week I only worked out 3 days in a long time. And this whole month I only went to the gym 3 days so far. I plan to go at least 3 days this week.

    Everyone else did awesome for just checking in and exercising too. Every bit counts!

    I am going to shoot for 360 min this week!

    Well folks I blew it last week on the exercise front.
    Monday 65 minutes~560 calories HRM
    Tuesday :<{ worked late
    Wednesday 45 minutes~365 calories HRM
    Thursday~41minutes~580 calories HRM
    Friday~62 minutes snow shoveling.~walking in 18 inches of snow to fill bird feeders~780 HRM

    Nothing done as formal exercise Saturday or Sunday, did have a great time with famly and friends. Exercise for the heart, but of a different sort.

    Good afternoon everyone! I've decided to keep my workouts light until I receive my Turbo Fire program so I can complete a Turbo Fire/Chalean Extreme hybrid workout.

    Monday: 30 minutes of the Fat Blaster dvd from the Chalean Extreme program.


    I achieved last week's goal of working out every day but I only completed 297 minutes.

    Choco I hope your knees are better! You have to listen to your body and 300 min is still awesome!! And just doing something everyday!!

    Well, here we are to the last week of December. But, since there are only five days of this week, and it is a busy, busy week for me, I do not think I am going to get 360 minutes in, but I am going to do what I can even with only having five days.

    Monday = 15 min of jumping rope and 15 minutes of weighted hula hoop

    Total so far this week = 30 minutes

    Woohoo! Last week of December! Let's make it a good one! :drinker: I had a great week exercise-wise, despite the holiday - determined to do the same this week.

    Monday 12/27: 60 min at gym: 45 minutes walking/running 3.25 miles, 15 min on stairmaster

    Total for the week: 60 minutes
    Total to go: 300 minutes

    total: 352minutes/2758 calories :) still gained a little bit due to eating in excess, but not too bad :)
