    Starting the week off right..........

    Monday: 36 minutes of Burn Circuit 1(Chalean Xtreme) & 16 minutes of Ab Ripper................308 minutes to go!

    I don't feel like scrolling through to find the last thing I posted for last week - but I definitely did not meet my goal! I don't remember if I exercised Wednesday, and I know I didn't Thursday/Fri/Sat/Sun - Thursday was my boyfriend's birthday, and then Fri-Sun I flew down to TX for a surprise 50th birthday party for my dad... was busy busy! I did do a bit of walking Saturday night... but I wouldn't count it as exercise.

    Starting fresh this week - goal of 360 minutes. I plan on working out every day!

    Monday = 60 min of 3.0 walk/run and 25 min of roller skating

    Tuesday - PLAN - walk @ lunch & treadmill watching biggest loser (6-8 miles total miles)
    Wednesday - PLAN - walk @ lunch & C25K or walk after work
    Thursday - PLAN - gym for Cardio/weights
    Friday - PLAN - walk @ lunch
    Saturday - PLAN - walk/run while kids are @ gymnastics, 1 hr Cardio/Weights @ gym
    Sunday - PLAN - walk/run on treadmill and/or group power class

    GOAL - 360 mins
    Completed - 65 mins
    Remaining - 295 mins

    GOAL - 3500 calories
    Completed - 300 calories
    Remaining - 3200 calories

    Week 3: Monday 100 total: 30 minutes of cleaning, 30 of playing in the snow and shoveling out the car (not counted towards calories) 20 minutes of my homemade workout and 20 of walking

    I really wanted to do at least 60 minutes of exercise yesterday but the day really got away from me so walking in place was the only thing I could think of to do. I'm planning on purchasing a weighted hula hoop in the near future and that should help me move it, shake it and giggle it more.
