    Week 4:
    Monday: 90 minutes: all 90 were walking
    Tuesday 60 minutes: all were walking (only counting 30 though towards calories)
    Wednesday: 20 minutes: all walking

    190 not really sure if I will make it this week or not. lol lots of baking starting tonight and parties starting tomo

    Week Four:

    Monday was a rest day for me as I had the stomach flu Sunday and Monday.

    Tuesday = 40 min of 2.0 walking and 40 min of shoveling snow
    Wednesday = 65 min of 3.0 walk/run and 20 min of roller skating

    Total so far this week = 165 min

    Today was awesome - that's what happens when I actually have more TIME! They let me leave work at noon even though I got paid for a whole day - early start to the holiday weekend. Yay! I wish I could always work 4 hours but get paid for 8. :laugh: Days like this make me envy people who have less structured days...

    I used 70 pounds of bird seed to fill all the feeders. I am afraid the deer are raiding the feeders. They stand on their rear legs and hit the feeders with their front hooves to knock the feed out.

    just checking in...
    i have done nothing since tuesday night...entire house has been sick including me....colds, coughs, ear infection, bronchitis, possible strep you name it...
    i have done no exercise formal or informal since tues night BUT plan to start again fresh tomorrow if it kills me...
    my 3yr old daughter is on an antibiotic for the ear infection which is causing her to vomit after taking it so right now i'm snuggling with her in our bed while she sleeps....she is soooo tired and that is just not like her...she slept 12 hrs straight last night and now is sleeping again after just getting up at 1115 am....

    anyway, i'm still here and i'll be back on the challenge for 360 mins and 2500 calories for 12/27-1/2....

    Well last week was a wrap for me on Friday.......:-) Last week was the 1st week I only worked out 3 days in a long time. And this whole month I only went to the gym 3 days so far. I plan to go at least 3 days this week.

    Everyone else did awesome for just checking in and exercising too. Every bit counts!

    I am going to shoot for 360 min this week!

    Good afternoon everyone! I've decided to keep my workouts light until I receive my Turbo Fire program so I can complete a Turbo Fire/Chalean Extreme hybrid workout.

    Monday: 30 minutes of the Fat Blaster dvd from the Chalean Extreme program.


    I achieved last week's goal of working out every day but I only completed 297 minutes.

    Choco I hope your knees are better! You have to listen to your body and 300 min is still awesome!! And just doing something everyday!!

    Monday = 15 min of jumping rope and 15 minutes of weighted hula hoop

    Total so far this week = 30 minutes
