    did 500 on Monday, Tues and plan on another 500 today.....having tooth pulled tomorrow so I am not sure what the remainder of the challenge brings but will give it a try .....I would love to make it to 2500 calories burned by Sunday...I am 64 years old so I really didn't plan on making it to 3500 but wanted to joined the challenge

    I'm up for this challenge past this week. It's made me workout harder so I can meet the goal. On Monday, I thought about only doing my spin class but added in some weights and extra ab work to get the additional calories so let's keep it going!     Just got back from Dr. sick with sinusitis doctor no more exercise for you this week. Bed rest only. so I will have to try the challenge next time. Everyone burn those calories. :sick:

    Daily total of 613 and running weekly total of 1348, a little over 500 day thru Sunday for me, although my typical weigh in day is Friday, I'll weigh in Monday to see if that pound disappears :) Great job everyone, keep it up!!!

    Tues - 31 mins on eliptical (250), 45 mins of zumba (178) 14 min walk on treadmill (72) = 500 cals
    Wed - 30 min run (250) 20 min walk (100) 20 min strength training (80 cals) = 430

    Week Total so far: 1430 - 2070 to go!

    So tired today! Zumba did me in yesterday so I only did 40 minutes of elliptical today. I lifted weights and did pushups too but I don't usually count that towards calorie burning since my heart rate never goes up for a good burn! :o)

    Ran around like a maniac yesterday and not in a GOOD way! I don't think that type of running counts!!! Missed checking in last night cuz this girl was whooped. I was able to get some exercise in though and I am happy about that!

    Monday = 388

    This challenge has really motivated me. When I got home last night I REALLY wanted to put on my comfy pj's and veg on the computer till bedtime but instead put on my walking pants and went for a power walk for 25 minutes! Thanks for starting this!! :)
