did 500 on Monday, Tues and plan on another 500 today.....having tooth pulled tomorrow so I am not sure what the remainder of the challenge brings but will give it a try .....I would love to make it to 2500 calories burned by Sunday...I am 64 years old so I really didn't plan on making it to 3500 but wanted to joined the challenge0

I'm up for this challenge past this week. It's made me workout harder so I can meet the goal. On Monday, I thought about only doing my spin class but added in some weights and extra ab work to get the additional calories so let's keep it going! Ran around like a maniac yesterday and not in a GOOD way! I don't think that type of running counts!!! Missed checking in last night cuz this girl was whooped. I was able to get some exercise in though and I am happy about that!
